Why Some Women Struggle with Systems and Structure in their Business.

Freedom may be one of your main values, but is it hurting your business?

We’ve been in a cycle with the coaching industry where we’ve been rebelling against the masculine. And while being in our feminine energy, deeply creative, in our magic, connected to source is where it begins, we sometimes forget that there are both energies within us.

The feminine feels free, creative, magic, limitless.

And the bad rap that the masculine gets is that it’s disconnected, restrictive, structured.

What happens in your body even as you’re reading those words?

You contract.

It reminds you of being a teenage girl and rebelling against the systems and structures that your parents tried to put in place for you (I’m 1000% guilty of this). The patriarchy. The corporate world.

Am I right?

What we’ve forgotten is that the masculine is there to support and hold us so we can feel even safer and more powerful in our feminine magic.

The men in our lives want nothing more than to support us.

The systems and processes that we implement in our business (provided they are in alignment and actually work the way you do) give us MORE FREEDOM to create and be in our magic.

The key is in the balance.

So what would happen if you let go of that fiery defiance against putting systems and structure in your business, and allowed them to support you instead?

It looks like a smoother hiring process with new team members understanding your business and how it works MUCH quicker.

It looks like allowing you to launch in half the time — when you’re most inspired — because there are templates and checklists for how things get done in your business versus reinventing the wheel each and every time.

It looks like having a budget and savings in your business so when you are a hell yes to working with that next mentor, you know exactly where the funds are coming from — and may already have them set aside.

It looks like letting go of the struggle of doing it all yourself.

And the question is — are you ready?
